PROPERTY & BI ASSESSMENTS
In-depth site surveys providing analysis of property and business interruption related hazards and perils for risk placement and underwriting purposes.
Our surveys address multiple aspects including fire and explosion hazards, process risks, occupancy related issues and natural elements. We evaluate risks and mitigation strategies to produce highly effective risk reduction guidance and support.
On-site surveys designed to evaluate Employers, Public and Product Liability risk management programmes.
We review workplace hazards, risk management practices, claims defensibility, contractor management, maintenance and inspection procedures, incident reporting, resolution tracking and more. Our expert knowledge of industry best practice produces extensive risk reduction recommendations.
FIRE PROTECTION EVALUATION
Our consultants evaluate risks against UK and international fire protection standards. The effectiveness of installed fire protection systems to limit property damage is assessed, as well as maintenance, testing and inspection programmes.
We also examine the reliability and adequacy of the available water supply.
LOSS EXPECTANCY EVALUATION
We provide a comprehensive evaluation of financial losses associated with material damage and business interruption to a range of industry definitions such as MFL (maximum foreseeable loss), EML (estimated maximum loss) and NLE (normal loss expectancy).
